We recommend letting our single-wick candles burn between 2-3 hours max and 3-4 hours max for the triple-wick candles.

This will create an even wax pool to get the most burn time out of your candle. Please burn your candle on a smooth flat surface.

This helps with any tunnelling which may occur, so making sure you have an even wax pool and a trimmed wick will help create an even burn each time, so burning your candle for 2-3 hours for that even wax pool.

Soy wax is a vegetable wax made from the oil of soybeans. After harvesting, the beans are cleaned, cracked, de-hulled, and rolled into flakes. The oil is then extracted from the flakes and hydrogenated.

Soy's greatest advantage is that it is entirely renewable.

We do not offer delivery outside of the United Kingdom. However, this is something we are looking at making available soon.

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail unless its a very large bulk order which will be dispatched by DPD. Orders that are received between Monday to Friday will generally be dispatched between 3-5 business days. Its free 2nd class delivery if your order is over £35. If you need your order much sooner please pay for another delivery service.

If your candle gets damaged in the post please take a picture of it and send it to lucentscents@outlook.com and we will send you a replacement out FREE of charge.

Yes we do you can select pick up my order when you check out your order. We will then contact you once your order is ready between 2-5 days this can be much sooner depending on stock levels.
