Our Lavender and Lemon 100% pure essential oil soya wax candles are hand-blended and hand-poured using natural and responsibly sourced soy wax, 100% pure essential oils and natural cotton wick, ensuring quality and freshness. Therefore, this guarantees a clean and fresh burn without unpleasant toxins in the air.
Light your candle in a well-ventilated room, away from drafts which can cause sooting or a rapid, uneven burn.

Burn the candle for approx 2-3 hours or until an even wax pool is achieved. Do not burn for any longer than 4 hours max.

Burning for less time can cause the candle to 'tunnel', which leaves a build-up of wax around the sides of the jars.

Trimming the wick to 5mm after each burn will ensure an even burn. This will also help to get the optimum burn time, and scent throw from your candle. Ensure you have a clean wick each time you re-burn your candle. Long or crooked wicks can create high flames, smoking or sooting.

Keep away from children and pets and place them on a stable flat surface.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs unless there is a fault with your item.

If shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
Orders will be sent out via Royal Mail second class as standard at £3.50. Orders over £50 will receive free postage.

There’s an option to upgrade your postage to Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service at £5.

Local delivery:

Postcodes within the Bromsgrove/Redditch/Solihull areas can receive optional free local delivery. This will be automatically applied at checkout on orders over a minimum spend of £20. If you prefer a Royal Mail delivery service, please select this at checkout.

Exact dates for local delivery will be given after purchase.
