Light your candle in a well-ventilated room, away from drafts which can cause sooting or a rapid, uneven burn.

Burn the candle for approx 2-3 hours or until an even wax pool is achieved. Do not burn for any longer than 4 hours max.

Burning for less time can cause the candle to 'tunnel', which leaves a build-up of wax around the sides of the jars. 

Trimming the wick to 5mm after each burn will ensure an even burn. This will also help to get the optimum burn time, and scent throw from your candle. Ensure you have a clean wick each time you re-burn your candle. Long or crooked wicks can create high flames, smoking or sooting.

Keep away from children and pets and place them on a stable flat surface. 

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Postcodes within the Bromsgrove/Redditch/Solihull areas can receive optional free local delivery. This will be automatically applied at checkout on orders over a minimum spend of £20. If you prefer a Royal Mail delivery service, please select this at checkout.
