Light your pure essential oil candle in a well-ventilated room, away from drafts which can cause sooting or a rapid, uneven burn.

Burn the candle for around 2-3 hours or until an even wax pool is achieved. Do not burn for more than 4 hours.

Burning for less time can cause the candle to 'tunnel', which leaves a build-up of wax around the sides of the jars.

Trimming the wick to 5mm after each burn will ensure an even burn. This will also help to get the optimum burn time, and scent throw from your candle. Ensure you have a clean wick each time you re-burn your candle. Long or crooked wicks can create high flames, smoking or sooting.

Keep away from children and pets and place them on a stable flat surface.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Orders will be sent out via Royal Mail second class as standard at £3.50 charge.

All orders over £35 will receive automatically free 2nd class postage.

you can upgrade to 1st class delivery from £5.

Postcodes within the Bromsgrove / Redditch  areas can receive optional free local delivery.

This will be automatically applied at checkout on orders over a minimum spend of £20.

Our essential oil candles are made from CB-Advanced soy wax, a natural, sustainable, and eco-friendly wax made purely from soya beans. It provides a more natural, healthier, and cleaner burn than other regular petroleum-based paraffin candles. Due to this wax, our candles also benefit from a longer burn time.
